My Story… I first joined Second Life to attend virtual concerts by U2 and other international artists who were promoting the platform at the time. But what truly fascinated me was the incredible potential for learning and creativity in this virtual world. I started exploring sims with museums, scripting classes, and more, until I found an Italian role-playing sim — and that’s where everything changed for me. Role-playing awakened my imagination, and over time, I co-created an RPG sim called Atlantis, which became the most popular role-play sim in Second Life by the end of 2009. My character was the Queen and Mother of the Gods: Titan Rhea. We were even featured in a respected RPG magazine. Eventually, due to health issues and differences with the sim’s co-owners, I stepped away from role-playing for good. After some time exploring other sims, I discovered the world of virtual fashion. The elegance and creativity of the avatars amazed me — especially the models trained at an Italian modeling academy. I decided to follow that path too. It wasn’t easy: the lag, the competition, the disappointments. But my hard work and studies paid off, and in 2017, I achieved one of the most prestigious titles in virtual fashion — Miss Virtual World. This blog is my personal tribute to that journey.
